Deborah Cox and Judson Mills Take the Stage in The Bodyguard

Watch the Grammy-nominated star sing Whitney Houston’s greatest hits.

The Bodyguard, a new musical based on the 1992 film, opened last night, December 4, at New Jersey's Paper Mill Playhouse. The production stars Grammy nominee Deborah Cox as pop star Rachel Marron and Judson Mills as her bodyguard, Frank Farmer, roles originated in the film by Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner.

The Paper Mill production follows The Bodyguard's world premiere on the West End, where it was nominated for four Olivier Awards, including best new musical. With a book by Academy Award winner Alexander Dinelaris (Birdman), the musical features a score of classic songs including "Queen of the Night," "So Emotional," "One Moment in Time," "Saving All My Love," "Run to You," "I Have Nothing," "I Wanna Dance With Somebody," and "I Will Always Love You."
