Howard McGillin, Michael Thomas Holmes, Stacie Morgain Lewis, and Mark Price will star in the George Street Playhouse production of The 39 Steps, April 24-May 20. Mark Shanahan will direct the production.

In this parody of Alfred Hitchock’s film of the same name, Annabella Schmidt turns up dead in the apartment of Richard Hannay — after which he must find the man with the missing fingers and figure out what are the 39 steps.

The creative team includes set designer Yoshi Tanokura, lighting designer Rui Rita, costume designer, sound designer Ryan Rumery, and movement director Jen Waldman.

McGillin is a two-time Tony Award nominee, with such Broadway credits as Anything Goes, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, and The Phantom of the Opera. He recently appeared in Damn Yankees at the Paper Mill Playhouse.
