Hayley Podschun, Ann Harada, and More Preview Paper Mill's Holiday Inn

The Irving Berlin musical comes to Millburn, New Jersey.

Paper Mill Playhouse offered a preview of its production of Irving Berlin's Holiday Inn, set to begin performances November 21. Performances will continue through December 30.

Book writer Gordon Greenberg directs the musical, which stars Paige Faure as Lila Dixon, Jordon Gelber as Danny, Ann Harada as Louise, Jeff Kready as Ted Hanover, Hayley Podschun as Linda Mason, and Nicholas Rodriguez as Jim Hardy, with Jian Harrell and Aidan Alberto alternating in the role of Charlie Winslow.

The ensemble will includes Jordon Beall, Gene Biscontini, Colin Bradbury, Tricia DeSario, Taylor Fields, Kelly Gleason, Juliane Godfrey, Berklea Going, Joshua Israel, Julie Kavanagh, Mallory Nolting, Clifton Samuels, J.T. Teeling, Karl Skylar Urban, Amy Van Norstrand, Scarlett Walker, Travis Ward-Osborne, and John T. Wolfe.

Featuring music and lyrics by Berlin, and a book by Greenberg and Chad Hoge, White Christmas is described as follows: "Jim Hardy leaves behind the hustle and bustle of showbiz for a quiet life on a Connecticut farm. Jim's agrarian efforts are a flop, but things start looking up when he falls for a talented schoolteacher, and together they infuse their sleepy rural setting with some Broadway razzle-dazzle. Fresh from a Broadway run, this heartwarming, toe-tapping production features more than 20 classic songs from the Berlin catalog."

The creative team will include Anna Louizos (set design), Alejo Vietti (costume design), Jeff Croiter (lighting design), Matt Kraus (sound design), and Charles G. Lapointe (hair and wig design). The production stage manager is Victoria Navarro.
