The Shakespeare Center of Los Angeles will present Henry IV, a new production condensing two of Shakespeare's plays. Tony Award-winning director Daniel Sullivan will helm the play.

The company will include Tom Hanks (as Falstaff) and Rita Wilson, with additional cast members to be announced shortly.

Henry IV will have only four weeks of outdoor evening performances (June 5-July 1) at the Japanese Garden located on the West Los Angeles VA Campus. Opening night will be July 8.

Interested patrons may enter their names in an online email list, and they will be notified when tickets become available. In partnership with West Los Angeles VA, the Shakespeare Center has arranged to set aside 2,000 tickets for eligible veterans and active members of the military free of charge; they may also add their names to an email list to receive information about reservations when they become available.
