The pair will bring the show to its Los Angeles premiere.
Broadway favorites Lesli Margherita (Dames at Sea) and Tom Hewitt (Amazing Grace) will lead the Los Angeles premiere of Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
The musical, by Alan Menken, Stephen Schwartz, and Peter Parnell, will run from September 16-October 9 at La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts under the direction of Glenn Casale. Margherita will play Esmerelda, with Hewitt as Frollo. Dana Solimando will choreograph.
The La Mirada season will also include Ken Ludwig's Lend Me A Tenor, directed by Art Manke (October 21-November 13); Jason Robert Brown's The Last Five Years, directed by Nick DeGruccio (January 20-February 12); West Side Story (April 21-May 17) under the direction of Richard Israel; and Man of La Mancha directed by Casale (June 2-25).
In May, Emmy winner Vicki Lawrence will return to her beloved character "Mama" from TV's Mama's Family, for two performances on May 20, 2017, in Vicki Lawrence & Mama.
