Renée Rapp, Auli'i Cravalho, Jaquel Spivey Join Mean Girls Musical Movie Cast

Casting has been revealed for the movie version of hit Broadway musical Mean Girls, which is based on the hit movie of the same title.
For the screen version of the tuner, Reneé Rapp will take on the role of Regina George, which she played on Broadway. A Strange Loop Tony nominee Jaquel Spivey will play Damian. Auli'i Cravalho (Moana) is Janice, and Angourie Rice (Spiderman: Far From Home) will be Cady.
Fey has penned the script, with music by Jeff Richmond and lyrics by Nell Benjamin. Married team Arturo Perez Jr and Samantha Jayne are the film's directors.
Complete casting is still to be announced.
