Julie White to Star in CBS Comedy Real Good People

Film favorite David Keith will also lead the cast.

Tony winner Julie White (Sylvia) has been cast in a leading role in the new CBS multi-camera comedy Real Good People, according to Deadline. The show is written and executive-produced by Stephnie Weir. Greg Garcia also executive-produces.

Also starring film favorite David Keith (Daredevil), Real Good People is described as following a small-town family forced to reconcile their values when they discover unwelcome information about the lives of their children. White's character, Gloria, is the matriarch of the family.

Julie White was most recently seen on Broadway with Matthew Broderick and Annaleigh Ashford in A.R. Gurney's Sylvia. She won a Tony in 2007 for The Little Dog Laughed. Other recent Broadway credits include Airline Highway, Ann, and more. On television, she has been seen on Alpha House, Nurse Jackie, and other series.
