Oliver Seymour-Marsh will take over the role of Carl Perkins in the London production of Million Dollar Quartet, at the Noël Coward Theatre, beginning March 28. He replaces original cast member Robert Britton Lyons, who will play his final London performance on March 26, prior to returning to the Broadway production later this spring.

The musical is inspired by the December 4, 1956 recording session that brought together Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, and Elvis Presley. It is co-authored by Floyd Mutrux and Colin Escott, and directed by Eric Schaeffer, with musical direction by Chuck Mead.

The cast also features Bill Ward as Sun Records founder Sam Phillips, Ben Goddard as Jerry Lee Lewis, Derek Hagen as Johnny Cash, Francesca Jackson as Dyanne, and Michael Malarkey as Elvis Presley.

The creative team includes Derek McLane (scenic design), Jane Greenwood (costume design), Howell Binkley (lighting design), Kai Harada (sound design) and Chuck Mead (musical arrangements and supervision).

Seymour-Marsh starred in the title role of Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story on the UK national tour, with other stage credits including Dreamboats and Petticoats, Aladdin, The Mysterie of Maria Marten, and A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum.
