Alley Theatre's Twelfth Night Begins Performances Tonight

Jonathan Moscone will direct a cast that includes Kim Blanck, Chris Hutchison, and more.

Alley Theatre's new production of Twelfth Night will open tonight in what is described as "an inventive, nontraditional yet faithful production" of Shakespeare's comedy. It will run through October 28 in the Hubbard Theatre.

Jonathan Moscone will direct a cast that includes Kim Blanck (Viola), Chris Hutchison (Orsino), Elizabeth Bunch (Olivia), Dylan Godwin (Sir Andrew Aguecheek), Melissa Pritchett (Maria), Jay Sullivan (Feste), Todd Waite (Malvolio), David Huynh (Sebastian), Michael Manuel (Sir Toby Belch), as well as Jason E. Carmichael, B. Connor Flynn, Sydney Haygood, Mark Ivy, Melissa Molano, and Wesley Whitson.

The creative team includes Todd Rosenthal (scenic designer), Katherine Roth (costume designer), Christopher Akerlind (lighting designer), Rob Milburn and Michael Bodeen (sound designers), Gina Leishman (composition), Sara Becker (voice and text), Chris Hutchison (fight director), Melissa Pritchett (movement director), Brandon Weinbrenner (assistant director), and Kristen Larson (stage manager).
