Heather Ayers, Lisa O’Hare to Join Jefferson Mays in Hartford Stage’s A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder

Hartford Stage, in association with The Old Globe, has announced full casting for the world premiere of Robert L. Freedman and Steven Lutvak’s musical A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder, to run October 11-November 11. Darko Tresnjak will direct.

A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder is set in the elegant Edwardian era and traces the trajectory of charmer Monty Navarro on his quest for recognition and family fortune.

As previously announced, Tony Award winner Jefferson Mays will star in the production. He will be joined by Heather Ayers (Evangeline Barley, Lady Eugena), Ken Barnett (Monty), Rachel Izen (Miss Marietta Shingle, Tour Guide), Chilina Kennedy (Phoebe), Lisa O’Hare (Sibella Hallward), Kendal Sparks (Farmer, Magistrate, Warden), and Price Waldman (Barber, Detective).
