National Tour of Jersey Boys to Offer Actors Fund Performance on October 28

The National Touring company of the award winning musical Jersey Boys will offer a special performance to benefit The Actors Fund on Wednesday, October 28 at 2pm at the National Theatre.

The musical — written by Academy Award winner Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, with music by Bob Gaudio, lyrics by Bob Crewe — tells the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons: Valli, Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito, and Nick Massi, and includes dozens of their popular hits including “Walk Like a Man,” “Sherry,” “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Oh What a Night,” and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You.”

The company currently stars Joseph Leo Bwarie (Valli), Matt Bailey (Devito), Josh Franklin (Gaudio), and Steve Gouveia (Massi). The production is directed by two-time Tony Award winner Des McAnuff and has choreography by Sergio Trujillo.
