Actor Guy Adkins Dies at 41
Actor Guy Adkins has died after a long battle with colon cancer, according to a report in The Chicago Tribune. He was 41.
Adkins was a familiar face on the Chicago theater scene. His many credits include productions of Arcadia and Floyd Collins at the Goodman Theatre; The Producers at the Marriott Theatre in Lincolnshire, where he played the role of Leo Bloom; and Hamlet, in which he played the title role, at Court Theatre.
He is survived by his longtime partner Sean Allan Krill, his parents, and three sisters. Arrangements for a celebration of Adkins’ life are pending.
