Interscope Records will release the cast recording of the current Broadway revival of Parade on Thursday, March 23. You can pre-save the album for streaming on Spotify and Apple Music here.

The recording features the vocal performances of Ben Platt and Micaela Diamond, who star as Leo and Lucille Frank, a Jewish couple railroaded into a racially charged rape trial in 1913 Atlanta. Tony-winning composer Jason Robert Brown conducts.

Also on March 23, Platt and Diamond will perform “This Is Not Over Yet” on NBC’s Today.

A flop when it originally played Broadway in 1998, Parade has done brisk box office since transferring to the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre in February (this production, from director Michael Arden, was originally staged at New York City Center).

TheaterMania critic Hayley Levitt said, “Now with 24 years of retrospective appreciation under its belt, Parade is back on Broadway to remind audiences what musical theater can really do.” You can read her full review here.
