The Tony-winning musical Dear Evan Hansen has announced its first tour stops. The tour kicks off at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts in October 2018.

Dear Evan Hansen will play more than 50 cities over a two-year period, including Buffalo (Shea's Performing Arts Center), Charlotte (Blumenthal Performing Arts), Chicago (Broadway In Chicago), Los Angeles (Center Theatre Group), and many more as part of the 2018-2019 season.

With a Tony-winning score by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, and a Tony-winning book by Steven Levenson, Dear Evan Hansen is described as follows: "A letter that was never meant to be seen, a lie that was never meant to be told, a life he never dreamed he could have. Evan Hansen is about to get the one thing he's always wanted: a chance to finally fit in." Michael Greif directs.

The production opened at Broadway's Music Box Theatre on December 4, 2016. Casting for the tour is still to be announced.
