John Adams, Alice Goodman, Peter Sellars to Discuss Nixon in China at A.R.T.

Composer John Adams, librettist Alice Goodman, and director Peter Sellars will participate in a panel discussion about their collaboration on the opera, Nixon in China, to be held at American Repertory Theater on Tuesday, November 15 at 4pm.

The panel will be moderated by Drew Gilpin Faust, Lincoln Professor of History, President of Harvard University. A.R.T.’s artistic director, Diane Paulus, will deliver introductory remarks.

The groundbreaking opera centers around President Nixon’s 1972 trip to China.
