Robert Cuccioli will direct the Westchester Broadway Theatre’s production of Frank Wildhorn’s musical Jekyll & Hyde, which is scheduled to open on September 30, 2010. Jean-Paul Richard will choreograph.

This musical tale of the epic battle between good and evil is based on Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic story about a brilliant doctor whose experiments with human personality create a murderous counterpart.

Cuccioli received a Tony Award nomination for starring as the title characters in the Broadway premiere of the musical. His other New York credits include Jacques Brel…, And the World Goes Round, and The Rothschilds. He is currently starring in Dietrich and Chevalier: The Musical, Off-Broadway at St. Luke’s Theatre.
