Mike Eldred, Ramona Keller, Jeremiah James to Star in Handel’s Messiah Rocks: A Joyful Noise National Tour

Casting has been announced for Handel’s Messiah Rocks: A Joyful Noise, which will launch a national tour in Orange, TX beginning November 7. The 21-city tour will continue through December 23, playing engagements in such cities as Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, and Cleveland.

Adapted by Jason Howland and Dani Davis, Handel’s Messiah Rocks is a classic rock interpretation of George Fredrick Handel’s celebrated Oratorio. The piece features not only an orchestra, but also a rock band, to accompany soloists as well as adult and children’s choirs. Davis will direct.

Broadway veteran Mike Eldred will star as The Tenor, with Ramona Keller as The Woman and Jeremiah James as The Baritone.
