Full cast and creative team information has been announced for the Seattle Repertory Theatre production of Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman's You Can't Take It With You, to run November 28-January 3, with an opening set for December 3. Warner Shook will direct.
The comedy centers on the Sycamore family, a zany bunch of free-spirited artists and oddball entrepreneurs. When daughter Alice announces her new boyfriend's rich, conservative parents are coming to dinner, Alice's family agrees to act "normal." But when the prospective in-laws show up on the wrong night...all bets are off.
The cast will include Anne Allgood (Penny), Ian Bell (Henderson/G-man #2), Mark Chamberlain (Mr. Kirby), Frank Corrado (Kolenkov), David Drummond (Head G-man), Curtis Eastwood (G-man #3), Bradford Farwell (Ed), Allen Galli (Mr. DePinna), Ben Hollandsworth (Tony), Elizabeth Huddle (Olga the Duchess), Elise Karolina Hunt (Alice), Suzy Hunt (Gay Wellington), Kimberly King (Mrs. Kirby), Cecil Luellen (Donald), Khatt Taylor (Rheba), Annette Toutonghi (Essie), Michael Winters (Grandpa), and R. Hamilton Wright (Paul Sycamore).
The creative team will include Michael Ganio (set), Frances Kenny (costumes), Mary Louise Geiger (lighting), and Michael Roth (music and music direction).
