Hugh Panaro will star in the 5th Avenue Theatre's production of the Pulitzer Prize-winning musical Sunday in the Park With George, by Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine, to run April 21-May 10. The show will use the same scenic design and computer animation effects created by director Sam Buntrock and designers Tim Bird and David Farley for the recent London and New York productions of the show.

The cast will include Billie Wildrick as Dot, along with Anne Allgood, Allen Fitzpatrick, Patti Cohenour, David Drummond, Richard Gray, and Chad Jennings.

Panaro won the Barrymore Award for his role in Les Miserables. His Broadway credits include The Phantom of the Opera, Lestat, and Side Show. He previously appeared at 5th Avenue in Company.
