Theatre By The Sea owner Bill Hanney, who has operated both the Bistro by the Sea and the cabaret for the past five years, will take over responsibility for productions at Theatre By The Sea. The 2013 musical season at Theatre By The Sea will be announced soon.

In a statement, Hanney says, "Based on my recent experience as owner and producer at North Shore Music Theatre and my desire to share productions between the two venues, I have decided to take on the responsibility for productions at Theatre By The Sea."

Ocean State Theatre Company will begin their inaugural season at the Ocean State Theatre in Warwick, Rhode Island with Fools by Neil Simon on January 25.
