J.T. Rogers to Discuss The Overwhelming at Drama Book Shop

Currently playing at the Roundabout Theatre's Laura Pels space, The Overwhelming concerns an American professor, his second wife, and his teenage son who travel to Rwanda during that country's period of civil war and genocide.
Other events this month at the Drama Book shop include a celebration of the fifth edition of How to Be a Working Actor at 5pm on Thursday, December 13; a reading and book signing with Harriet Alonso, author of Robert E. Sherwood: The Playwright in Peace and War at 1pm on Sunday, December 16; and a reading and discussion with journalist Howard Kissel of the book New York Theatre Walks at 6pm on Wednesday, December 19.
