Full cast and creative team have been announced for Classic Stage Company's production of William Shakespeare's The Tempest, September 3-October 12. The production, which will open officially on September 18, will be directed by Brian Kulick.

In addition to previously announced star Mandy Patinkin as Prospero, the cast will feature Craig Baldwin (Sebastian), Yusef Bulos (Gonzalo), Angel Desai (Ariel), Karl Kenzler (Antonio), Nana Mensah (Female Sprite), Nyambi Nyambi (Caliban), Bhavesh Patel (Boatswain/Adrian/Male Sprite), Michael Potts (Alonso), Steve Rattazzi (Stefano), Stark Sands (Ferdinand), Tony Torn (Trinculo), and Elizabeth Waterston (Miranda).

The creative team will include Jian Jung (sets), Oana Botez-Ban (costumes), and Brian H. Scott (lighting). Kulick is the company's artistic director and has helmed CSC's productions of RIchard II, Richard III, Hamlet, The False Servant, and The Mysteries.

Patinkin won a Tony for his role in Evita, and his additional Broadway credits include Sunday in the Park With George, The Wild Party, Falsettos, Mamaloshen, and The Secret Garden. He received an Emmy Award for his work in Chicago Hope, and his additional film and television credits include Criminal Minds, The Princess Bride, Yentl, and Ragtime. His many recordings include Mandy Patinkin in Concert: Dress Casual, Experiment, and Kidults. In 2009, he will continue touring with Patti LuPone.
