The Off-Broadway production of Love, Loss, and What I Wore will end its record-breaking run at the Westside Theatre on Sunday, March 25. As of that time, it will have played for two and a half years and 1,013 performances, and featured 32 casts and 120 actresses.

Based on the best-selling book by Ilene Beckerman, the show is written by sisters Nora and Delia Ephron, and directed by Karen Carpenter. This intimate collection of stories uses clothing and accessories and the memories they trigger to tell funny and often poignant stories that all women can relate to.

It is performed by a rotating cast of five all-star actors, who perform in four-week cycles.

The production, which opened on October 1, 2009, broke all box office records at the Westside Theatre, and recouped its entire investment in just eleven weeks. Among its honors is a 2010 Drama Desk Award for Unique Theatrical Experience.
