Stage and screen star Ben Whishaw has joined the newest James Bond film, Skyfall, in the role of Q, according to published reports.
The film, to be directed by Sam Mendes, will star Daniel Craig as Bond, along with Javier Bardem, Ralph Fiennes, Albert Finnery, and Dame Judi Dench.
Whishaw has appeared on the British stage in Hamlet and starred Off-Broadway in The Pride. His film credits include Julie Taymor’s The Tempest an Bright Star.
