Broadway veterans James Iglehart and Christopher Jackson will return with Freestyle Love Supreme, to be offered for a single performance at the Gramercy Theatre on November 6. Thomas Kail will direct.
The hip hop improv group spins cues from the audience into instantaneous riffs and fully realized musical numbers. Miranda and Jackson have co-founded the group with fellow castmates Anthony Veneziale, Chris “Shockwave” Sullivan, Bill Sherman, and Arthur Lewis.
