Andrew Fortman and Erin Layton will star in an adaptation of the C.S. Lewis classic, The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, to be presented by Off-Broadway Family Theatre at St. Luke’s Theatre. Julia Beardsley O’Brien will direct the production, which will play Saturdays at 11am beginning October 22.
Dramatized by le Clanché du Rand, the play is set in the magical land of Narnia where the White Witch’s spell makes it eternally winter but never Christmas. But everything changes when four siblings venture through an old wardrobe and enter this land of talking animals, charming fauns, giants and dwarves. The two actors will play all of the characters.
The production will feature set and lighting design by Josh Iacovelli with costumes and masks by Tom Long.
