Kristin Chenoweth Set for Barnes & Noble CD Signing in September

Tony Award winner Kristin Chenoweth will sign copies of her latest CD, Some Lessons Learned at the Barnes & Noble at 555 Fifth Avenue at 46th Street in New York City, on Tuesday, September 13 at 12:30pm. As previously reported, the disc will be released by Sony Masterworks that same day.

The debut single from the album, “I Want Somebody (Bitch About),” was released May 31. The CD will feature two original songs from Chenoweth: “What Would Dolly Do?” — written in honor of her hero Dolly Parton — and “Mine To Love,” about a woman who struggles with an emotionally unavailable man.

Other selections on the recording are by such pop and country songwriters including Diane Warren, Desmond Child, Tom Douglas, Hillary Scott, Jodi Marr, Victoria Shaw, Dolly Parton, Eric Bazilian, Gary Burr and Shane McAnnally.


Chenoweth won a Tony Award for You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown and has also starred on Broadway in Wicked and Promises, Promises. She won an Emmy Award for her portrayal of Olive Snook in Pushing Daisies and received an Emmy Award nomination for her portrayal of April Rhodes on Glee. Her film credits include Bewitched, The Pink Panther, Running With Scissors, Stranger Than Fiction, Four Christmases, and RV.
