Florence Henderson, John Lithgow, Jane Lynch, et al. Set for Barnes and Noble Events in September

Barnes and Noble has announced its schedule of special events and guest appearances at stores throughout Manhattan for September.


Emmy Award winner Jane Lynch will appear for a talk about, and a booksigning for, her memoir Happy Accidents at the bookstore’s Union Square location (33 East 17th) on September 20 at 7pm. In addition, two-time Tony Award winner John Lithgow will be at the store on September 27 at 7pm for a talk and booksigning for his new book, Drama: An Actor’s Education. Among the other special events at the store will be an appearance by Perez Hilton on September 6 to coincide with the publication of his children’s book, The Boy With the Pink Hair.

Other Barnes and Noble events will include a September 21 talk and booksigning at the store on the Upper East Side (150 East 86th Street), featuring Dyan Cannon, which will focus on her book Dear Cary, about her life with screen legend Cary Grant. And, at the Barnes and Noble on the Upper East Side (2289 Broadway), Florence Henderson will take part in a talk and booksigning to celebrate the release of her memoir Life Is Not a Stage: From Broadway Baby to a Lovely Lady and Beyond, on September 23.
