59E59 Theaters has announced its Fall 2011 season.
The season will begin with two repertory productions as part of the 1st Irish Festival: Dublin-based company Cirque de Légume’s Cirque de Legume (September 6-October 2), directed by Pablo Ibarluzea with Jaimie Carswell and Nancy Trotter and Michael West’s Dublin by Lamplight (September 8-October 2) directed by Tom Reing and produced by Inis Nua Theatre Company.
Starry Night Theater will present James Lantz’s The Bus (October 4-30), in which two boys find themselves in the middle of a con?ict between a large church and a small-town gas station when their secret meeting place is in danger of being discovered.
Bruce Graham’s Any Given Monday (October 6-November 6) is about a man named Lenny who is having a very bad day. Bud Martin will direct the play, which is produced by Philadelphia’s Act II Playhouse.
The fall season will also include the annual Brits Off Broadway festival (November 8-January 1), with specific programming to be announced.
