An updated performing schedule has been announced for the coming weeks at Birdland.
Upcoming acts will include Rebecca Spencer and Phillip Fortenberry (7pm, July 26); Tony Award winner Cady Huffman in The Tree of Life with saxophonist Michael Hashim (7pm, August 2); The Broadway Boys (7pm, August 16); Natalie Weiss (7pm. August 23); and Kate Dawson (7pm, August 30).
There will also be performances by the Heath Brothers Quartet (August 3-7), Hilary Kole (August 8-9), George Coleman Quartet (August 10-14), Hey Rim Jeon (August 12), Trio 3 with Geri Allen (August 17-21), Richie Beirach Quintet (August 24-28), and Leny Andrade (August 31-September 4).
