(© Joseph Marzullo/WENN) | The PEN World Voices Festival will host a free day-long tribute to the late playwright Harold Pinter, beginning at 10am on Saturday, May 2 at the CUNY Graduate Center. It will be curated by British actor and director Harry Burton.
Participants will include Tony Award winner Brian F. O'Byrne, actor Jason Isaacs, playwrights John Guare and Emily Mann, authors Salman Rushdie, Susan Hollis Merritt, and Charles Grimes, Roundabout Theatre artistic director Todd Haimes, film directors Paul Schrader and Patricia Rozema, and journalist Alistair Macaualay.
In addition, actor Henry Woolf will perform Pinter's piece Monologue and there will be screenings of the films The Birthday Party, The Comfort of Strangers, Krapp's Last Tape, One for the Road, Voices, and Party Time.
