Frances Conroy, Tovah Feldshuh, Patrick Heusinger Set for NBC Pilot Beautiful People

Stage stars Frances Conroy, Tovah Feldshuh, and Patrick Heusinger have been cast in the NBC pilot Beautiful People, according to a report on Deadline.com.
The show, which is written by Michael McDonald, is set in a future society where humans co-exist with mechanical androids that look like people but are treated like second-class citizens.
Conroy’s stage credits include The Ride Down Mt. Morgan; Feldshuh has starred in such shows as Yentl, Sarava, Gypsy, Lend Me a Tenor, amd Hello, Dolly!; Heusinger appeared in the Broadway, Off-Broadway, and LATW productions of Next Fall.
