Trip of Love, a new dance musical spectacle inspired by and set to the biggest hit songs of the 1960s, will open this fall at the Little Shubert Theatre. The production is created, directed, and choreographed by James Walski and is scheduled to begin performances in September in advance of an October opening.

"I am overjoyed and so incredibly proud to bring Trip of Love to New York this fall," said producer Makoto Deguchi. "The songs audiences will hear and the dances they will find themselves watching are nothing short of spectacular, and I am thrilled to bring this giant of a show to the Little Shubert Theatre, where everyone can experience the Trip of Love adventure in an exciting, personal, and intimate way."

Featuring a cast of 23 and a ten-piece orchestra, the production incorporates some of the greatest tunes of the '60s including "Blowin' In The Wind," "Born to Be Wild," "California Dreamin'," "I Saw Her Standing There," "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'," "White Rabbit," "You Don't Own Me," and many more.

Joining Walski on the creative team are Tony-winning scenic-design consultant Robin Wagner, and Tony-winning costume designer Gregg Barnes. The musical had its world premiere at the Theatre Brava! in Osaka, Japan.

Additional details and casting will be announced at a later date.
