Elf the Musical to Return to Madison Square Garden for Holiday Engagement

The Christmas favorite takes the stage once again in the Big Apple.

The holiday favorite Elf the Musical will return to the Theater at Madison Square Garden for a 2017 holiday run December 13-29. The show was last seen there in 2015.

Inspired by the 2003 film starring Will Ferrell, Elf has a score by Matthew Sklar and Chad Beguelin, with a book by Thomas Meehan and Bob Martin. The story of an orphan raised by Santa's elves and his quest to find his family, Elf played on Broadway in 2010 and 2012.

Casting and creative team will be announced at a later date. The production will feature direction by Sam Scalamoni and choreography by Connor Gallagher.
