Malcolm Gets to Star in One-Night-Only Performance of A Queer Carol at LGBT Center

Stage and television star Malcolm Gets will head the cast of a one-night-only performance of Jeffrey Godfry’s A Queer Carol on Monday, December 20 at the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center, located at 208 West 13th Street between Seventh and Eighth avenues. Richard Sabellico will direct. A pre-performance reception will begin at 6:30pm, followed by the show at 7pm.

Gets was nominated for a Tony Award for his performance in Amour (2002) and has also appeared on Broadway in The Molière Comedies. His other New York credits include Finian’s Rainbow, Polish Joke, Boys and Girls, A New Brain, Merrily We Roll Along, Hello Again, and the Encores! production of The Boys From Syracuse.
