Further Casting for Broadway's Bullets Over Broadway Announced

See who’s joining Zach Braff and Vincent Pastore in the new Woody Allen musical.

Further casting for the upcoming Broadway premiere of the new Woody Allen musical, Bullets Over Broadway, has been announced. Inspired by Allen's 1994 film coauthored with Douglas McGrath, the production, directed and choreographed by Susan Stroman, begins previews at the St. James Theatre on March 11 in advance of an April 10 opening.

Joining Zach Braff as David Shayne, Vincent Pastore as Nick Valenti, Heléne Yorke as Olive Neal, Betsy Wolfe as Ellen, Brooks Ashmanskas as Warner Purcell, and Lenny Wolpe as Julian Marx will be Nick Cordero as Cheech, and an ensemble cast of 29 that includes Clyde Alves, Jim Borstelmann, Janet Dickinson, Kimberly Fauré , Paige Faure, Casey Garvin, Sarah Lin Johnson, Andy Jones, Amanda Kloots-Larsen, Kevin Ligon, Brittany Marcin, James Moye, Beth Johnson Nicely, and Eric Santagata.

Additional casting, including the crucial role of Helen Sinclair, will be revealed in the future. Joining Stroman on the creative team are Santo Loquasto (scenic design), William Ivey Long (costume design), Donald Holder (lighting design), Peter Hylenski (sound design), Paul Huntley (wig and hair design), William Berloni (animal training), Glen Kelly (music supervision and adaptation/additional Lyrics), Doug Besterman (orchestrations), and Andy Einhorn (music direction/conductor and vocal arrangements).

Tickets for the production are currently on sale. The box office will open for in-person purchases for a single week, from November 18-23.
