John Earl Jelks and DeWanda Wise Lead Labyrinth's Sunset Baby Off-Broadway

John Earl Jelks, Harvey Gardner Moore, and DeWanda Wise will star in the American premiere of Dominique Morisseau's Sunset Baby, a production of Labyrinth Theater Company. The drama runs at the Bank Street Theatre from November 6-December 6 under the direction of Kamilah Forbes.

Sunset Baby takes a look at the collision of the personal and political when a former black revolutionary reappears in his estranged daughter's life to collect a piece of her deceased mother's legacy. The work premiered at London's Gate Theatre in September 2012.

The creative team features Lee Savage (scenic design), Esosa (costume design), Jen Schriever (lighting design), and Amatus (original music and sound design).
