Troy Deutsch, Samatha Soule Set for Lake Water

Troy Deutsch and Samatha Soule will star in Deutsch’s Lake Water, to run September 17 – October 2 at IRT Theater. Daniel Talbott will direct the production.

The two character play centers on two small town high school seniors who become estranged after their best friend suddenly commits suicide.

As an actor, Deutsch has been seen at such regional theaters as The Huntington Theatre Company, The Cleveland Playhouse); and Chautauqua Theater Company. His other writing credits include the play Pussycat, and the short film No One Told Us.

Soule appeared in The Philanthropist, Dinner At Eight, and Coram Boy on Broadway and in such off-Broadway productions as Gabriel, Killers and Other Family, and The Voysey Inheritance.

The creative team will include Eugenia Furneaux-Arends (scenic design), Tristan Raines (costume design), Brad Peterson (lighting design), and Janie Bullard (sound design).
