The Mint Theater has announced an additional one-week extension of its production of Teresa Deevy’s Temporal Powers, which will now play through October 9. Jonathan Bank has directed the production.

The play tells the moving story of a great love straining under the weight of conflicting passions. Desperate and destitute, Michael and Min Powers take refuge for the night in a crumbling ruin. Buried within the walls could be the answer to their prayers–money for a fresh start–if only they could agree to use it. What follows is a fierce moral struggle that no one can win.

The company features Rosie Benton, Paul Carlin, Roberston Carricart, Bairbre Dowling, Con Horgan, Eli James, Aidan Redmond, Wrenn Schmidt, and Fiana Toibin.

The creative team includes scenic designer Vicki R. Davis, costume designer Andrea Varga, lighting designer Jeff Nellis, and sound designer Jane Shaw.
