Idina Menzel to Return to FOX’s Glee on September 27

Tony Award winner Idina Menzel will return to FOX’s Glee on Tuesday, September 27, according to TVGuide.com. The series will begin its third season on Tuesday, September 20.
Menzel’s chracter, Shelby Corcoran — who was revealed to be the birth mother of Rachel Berry (played by Lea Michele) — will now be a teacher at William McKinley High School.
Menzel won the Tony for Wicked, and her other stage credits include Rent, Chess, and The Wild Party. Her film and television credits include Rent, Enchanted, and Private Practice. She is also a popular recording and concert artist.
