John Glover, John Schneider, et al. to Return to TV’s Smallville

Stage stars John Glover and John Schneider will return to their roles of Lionel Luthor and Pa Kent, respectively, in the TV series Smallville, according to a report on EW.com.

The show, which focuses on the early life of Clark Kent (aka Superman), will air its 10th and final season this fall.

EW is also reporting that actors Laura Vandervoort (Supergirl), James Marsters (Brainiac), and Michael Shanks (Hawkman) will also be featured this season.

Glover is currently appearing in the Primary Stages’ production of Secrets of the Trade at 59E59 Theatres. He won the Tony Award for Love! Valour! Compassion and received a 2009 Tony Award nomination for Waiting for Godot.
