Mint Theater Company has extended Rachel Crothers’ A Little Journey. Directed by Jackson Gay, the production will now play through July 17.

The play is set on a westbound train over the course of a four day trip, and tells the story of Julie Rutherford, a proud but broken young woman who believes that things cannot possibly get any worse — until disaster strikes.

The company features Laurie Birmingham, Jennifer Blood, McCaleb Burnett, Anthony L. Gaskins, Ben Hollandsworth, Victoria Mack, Joey Parsons, Rosemary Prinz, Doug Rees, Ben Roberts, Chet Siegel, Samantha Soule, John Wernke and Craig Wroe.

The creative team includes scenic designer Roger Hanna, costume designer Martha Hally, lighting designer Paul Whitaker, and sound designer Jane Shaw.
