Berry, McCarthy, Worley, Worhsam, et al. Set for Weston Playhouse’s Light in the Piazza

The Weston Playhouse Theatre Company in Weston, Vermont will produce a special chamber version of Adam Guettel’s Tony Award-winning musical The Light in the Piazza, July 10-26, to be directed by Steve Stettler. Guettel will collaborate on this version, which features an eight-person cast and five-person orchestra.

The cast will feature Michael Berry (Roy), Sarah Uriarte Berry (Franca), David Bonanno (Signor Naccarelli), Theresa McCarthy (Margaret), Jonathan Raviv (Giuseppe), Michelle Rios (Signora Naccarelli), Kevin Worley (Fabrizio), and Lauren Worsham (Clara).

The creative team includes Jennifer Turey (musical staging), Andy Einhorn (music direction), Russell Metheny (sets), Mara Blumenfeld (costumes), Kendall Smith (lighting), and Nathaniel Hare (sound).

The Weston season will also include productions of Doubt, Les Miserables, As You Like It, No Child, and Click, Clack, Moo: Cows That Type. For more information, visit www.westonplayhouse.org.
