D’Abruzzo, Fraser, Morrison, Opel Added to Undercover Showtunes

Stephanie D’Abruzzo, Alison Fraser, Ann Morrison and Nancy Opel have joined previously announced stars Christian Campbell, Mary Faber, Manoel Felciano, Peter Friedman, Gloria Reuben, Miriam Shor, and Michael Winther at the New York Musical Theatre Festival’s benefit concert, Undercover Showtunes, to be held at 7pm on Monday, June 18 at the Zipper Factory (336 W 37th Street).

This concert is comprised of pop and rock songs that weren’t written for musicals, but tell a story, create a character, or paint a full, vivid portrait as a great song in a musical is meant to do. Among the selections will be “White Rabbit,” “She’s Leaving Home,” “Our House,” “The Boxer,” “At Seventeen,” “Unsent,” “Space Oddity,” “Every Day I Write The Book,” and “Oh What A World.”
