Primary Stages has announced that a new production of Pulitzer Prize winner Donald Margulies’ The Model Apartment will complete their previously announced 2013-2014 season. Evan Cabnet will direct the production, which will play September-November 2013 at 59E59 Theaters.

In The Model Apartment, Primary Stages’ original production of which won the Obie in 1995, Max and Lola, two Holocaust survivors from Brooklyn, retire to Florida. When the two arrive, they find their new condo unfinished and are forced to spend the night in a “model apartment” where things are not always as they seem.

Primary Stages’ upcoming season will also include Chad Beguelin’s Harbor, Fran Kirmser and Eric Simonson’s Bronx Bombers (originally titled The Yankees), and a still to-be-titled world premiere comedy written by and starring Charles Busch.
