Mario Cantone, Rosie Perez, Ryan Reynolds, et al. Set for Celebrity Autobiography in January

Casting has been announced for the next three installments of the Drama Desk Award-winning show, Celebrity Autobiography in Their Own Words, at the Triad Theatre.

Created by Eugene Pack, the show features a line-up of rotating performers who interpret the actual words and stories written by the famous and the infamous, in both solo and ensemble “chamber” pieces culled from the autobiographies of celebrities.

On Friday, January 8 at 10:30pm, the cast will feature Scott Adsit, Rachel Dratch, Tovah Feldshuh, Eugene Pack, Dayle Reyfel, Steve Schirripa, and Alan Zweibel. The cast for
Monday, January 11 at 7:30pm and 9:30pm will include Adsit, Mario Cantone, Dratch, Kristen Johnston, Pack, Rosie Perez, Reyfel, Ryan Reynolds, Sherri Shepherd, and Zweibel.

New books added to the 2010 repertoire include autobiographies by Sara Palin and Carrie Prejean, as well as Tiger Woods’ How I Play Golf. The show will also be featured as part of SF Sketchfest in the San Francisco Comedy Festival on January 30 and 31.
