Tessa Auberjonois, Brian Avers, Angela Goethals, et al. Set for SCR’s Becky Shaw

South Coast Repertory has announced casting for its produciton of Gina Gionfriddo’s Becky Shaw, to run October 22 – November 21. Pam MacKinnon will direct the production.
In Gionfriddo’s comedy, a newly married couple finds their own relationship on the rocks after they set up their friends on a date that goes unexpectedly bad.
The company will feature Angela Goethals in the title role, along with Brian Avers (Max), Graham Michael Hamilton (Andrew), Tessa Auberjonois (Suzanna), and Barbara Tarbuck (Susan), who may be dating a con artist.
The creative team will include Daniel Ostling (scenic design), Sarah Ryung Clement (costume design), Lap Chi Chu (lighting design), and Michael K. Hooker (original music and sound design).
