The Television Critics Association has announced nominations for its annual TCA Awards, which will be presented in a non-televised, invitation-only ceremony at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Saturday, August 6. Nick Offerman will host.
Hofferman is also one of the nominees in the Individual Achievement in Comedy category along with his fellow Parks and Recreation cast member Amy Poehler. Also nominated for this award is theater veteran Ty Burrell (Modern Family), along with Louis C.K. (Louis), Danny Pudi (Community) and Jon Stewart (The Daily Show With Jon Stewart).
Individual Achievement in Drama nominees include theater veterans Steve Buscemi (Boardwalk Empire), Peter Dinklage (Game of Thrones), Julianna Margulies (The Good Wife), and Margo Martindale (Justified ), along with Jon Hamm (Mad Men) and Timothy Olyphant (Justified).
Nominated for the Career Achievement Award are Steven Bochco, Dick Ebersol, Cloris Leachman, David Letterman, William Shatner, and Oprah Winfrey.
