Get to Know Grease: Live's Doody, Putzie, and Sonny

The production’s Jordan Fisher, David Del Rio, and Andrew Call play a rousing game of fortune teller.

Many of the stars of Fox's broadcast of Grease: Live, which will air on January 31, including Julianne Hough, Vanessa Hudgens, and the newly announced Boyz II Men, are household names.

But if you're looking to find out more about Jordan Fisher, David Del Rio, and Andrew Call (who play Doody, Putzie, and Sonny, respectively), this fresh video from Fox is here to help. In it, the trio use the classic cootie-catcher method to learn about one another's firsts.

Grease: Live also stars Aaron Tveit as Danny Zuko, and Julianne Hough as Sandy, with Vanessa Hudgens as Betty Rizzo, Carlos Pena Vega as Kenickie, Keke Palmer as Marty, Carly Rae Jepsen as Frenchy, Kether Donohue as Jan, David Del Rio as Putzie, Mario Lopez as Vince Fontaine, and Ana Gasteyer as Principal McGee.

Adapted by playwrights Robert Cary and Jonathan Tolins, the broadcast production of Grease is based on the original stage musical by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey and its 1978 screen adaptation. It will be directed by Thomas Kail, with scenic design by David Korins, music supervision by Tom Kitt, costume design by William Ivey Long, and choreographed by Zach Woodlee.
