Glee to Feature Songs From Grease

An upcoming episode of FOX’s hit series, Glee, will feature music from the hit film and Broadway show Grease, executive producer Ian Brennan has told TVGuide.com

“Our Grease episode, which we just finished writing, I think, is certainly our strongest episode in a while,” Brennan told the site. An episode in season 3 of the series featured the song “Summer Nights” from the show.

Among the many hit songs from Grease are “You’re the One That I Want,” “Greased Lightning,” “Freddy, My Love,” and “Those Magic Changes.”

The show, which began its fourth season on Thursday, September 13, features such theater veterans as Lea Michele, Matthew Morrison, Darren Criss, Jenna Ushkowitz, Chris Colfer, and Jane Lynch, among its large cast. In addition, Whoopi Goldberg, Kate Hudson, and Sarah Jessica Parker will have recurring roles this season.
